CDL Truck Drivers Needed in Indiana - Join the Shelby Materials Team!

We are looking for reliable, safety‑focused drivers who consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers. Experience with ready-mix trucks is helpful but not required; comprehensive training is provided to support your success.

As a Ready-Mix Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to our customers. This role is done in all environments and weather conditions while requiring frequent climbing, lifting, and working on uneven terrain.

• Perform thorough DOT pre and post trip inspections, including raising and lowering the hood.
• Review delivery tickets for every load to ensure accurate product and location.
• Drive to job sites, unload concrete, and return to the yard multiple times per day.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the ready-mix dispatch team.
• Maintain a clean truck, including washing out the drum after unloading each time.

• Be at least 19 years old
• Possess a valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record
