Introducing Sofia!

We are happy to introduce you to Sofia Cochran, LMT! Sofie graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in Middleburg Heights. Though she is fairly new to the field, she has always believed that “Health is Wealth” and has found her calling with Massage Therapy since massage can benefit all her clients in many ways. Whether they want preventative care, rehabilitation care, or as a general means of self care and feeling great, she is ready to help. She is currently taking appointments for Therapeutic Relaxation Massages with soft to medium pressure and Couple’s Massages. Schedule with Sofie for a wonderfully relaxing experience!

Sofie believes in bettering one’s self with education and self care and is currently working toward expanding her skill set to provide more service options for her clients. She has recently taken Continuing Education classes in Relieving Sciatica and Integrative Stretching.

In her free time, Sofia enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and crafts.
