About Advanced Massage & Wellness
Advanced Massage & Wellness is owned and operated by its founder, Sara Zering, LMT. Having practiced in Medina for 9 years, Sara has taken the opportunity to open her own practice on the south side of Medina. It is now a collaboration of different practitioners and service providers, including LMTs, a Reiki Master, and an Esthetician.
The Practitioners all strive to help with your various needs, whether it be pain relief, relaxation, or skin care concerns.
Advanced Massage & Wellness is now open at 1075 S. Court St. (Route 3) in Suite 200 of the Medina Wellness Collective building, on the second floor.
The opportunity presented itself when the resident Massage Therapist, Yvonne M. Fey, LMT, announced she would be semi-retiring in the Spring of 2024. Yvonne's practice, A New Leaf Massage & Wellness, had been an integral tenant of the Medina Wellness Collective for many years and she now works out of her home office in Medina. To fill the space on the second floor of the Wellness Collective, literally and figuratively, Sara knew Advanced Massage & Wellness would be a perfect fit.

Our Licensed Massage Therapists
Sara Zering, LMT & Owner
Sara has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998 and has extensive experience helping clients with a variety injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health and built a business in Winter Park, FL before moving to Ohio with her family to be closer to family.
In addition to standard massage therapy for relaxation and tension relief, Sara specializes in Therapy for Pain Relief, Massage for TMJ, Headaches and Migraines, and Lymphatic Drainage.
On the weekends or days off, Sara loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her two golden retrievers. She also enjoys art, gardening, and taking her kids to their activities.

Mary Kamlowsky, LMT
Mary has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. She trained at the National Institute of Massotherapy where she had wonderful instructors and enjoyed learning about anatomy and physiology and how to treat muscles.
In addition to standard massage therapy for relaxation, and tension relief, prenatal, and hot stone, Mary specializes in Therapy for Pain Relief and Deep Tissue.
Do not judge a person by their size...because she may be small in stature, but she can really get into those muscles if you need deeper work! However, she can adjust the pressure and techniques to suit your preferences. With many years of experience helping clients with a variety injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, she is great at what she does.
Mary enjoys helping people feel their best and improving their quality of life. She is available afternoons, early evenings, and some Saturdays.
In her free time Mary enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her grand-puppy Margie.
Kelly Daw, LMT
Kelly Daw is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Cuyahoga Community College. She specializes in Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue work, tension relief, Relaxation, and Prenatal massage. Drawing on her background as a college athlete and her love of an active lifestyle, Kelly deeply values the role that flexibility, balance, and pain-free movement play in living well.
Her massage style blends technical skill with compassion, offering a restorative space where clients can heal, recharge, and feel their best—whether recovering from injury, easing stress, or simply taking time for themselves.
Outside the treatment room, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and diving into home renovation projects.
Kelly is excited about continuing her education in bodywork with Advanced Massage Techniques and Lymphatic Drainage!
Dawn Chevrolet, LMT
Dawn has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004. She is a Massage Therapy Instructor, Strength Trainer, a Reiki II practitioner and a Certified Yomassage Therapist. She has been trained in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Oncology massage, Maternity, Sports Massage, Chinese Medical Massage, and the Rossiter system (a pain relieving stretch technique).
Dawn enjoyes therapeutic massage and specializes with sufferers of Fibromyalgia, MS, Sciatica and Migraines. She has routinely worked with athletes of all ages and all skill levels. She can use soft to deep pressure depending on the issue being treated so you leave feeling less stressed and tense.
She is currently taking appointments Tuesdays and some Saturdays and see looks forward to working with you!
About Brooke Melrose, Advanced Esthetician
Brooke Melrose is an accomplished advanced esthetician who has been in the field since 2006. She graduated from The Aveda Institute of Columbus and began her career at a well-known chain of local spas before moving to Medina. Currently, she rents a booth at Advanced Massage and Wellness.
Brooke believes that her clients should feel beautiful both inside and outside, and she strives to make them feel valued. She loves befriending her clients and considers it the best part of her job.
Brooke is a proud wife and mother of three children and two dogs. She takes pride in being a part of the Medina community and enjoys living here!

About Tiffani McGinnis, Certified Reiki Master
Tiffani's journey in natural wellness began 20 years ago, in 2005, when she became a certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Later, she added Quantum Touch and Chakra Balancing, which brings alignment to your body's meridians, releasing the flow of energy throughout your body.
She has experience in meditation, homeopathy, supplements, cupping therapy and other natural modalities through her mentor Dr. Garner D.C.
Tiffani also offers animal Reiki: promoting harmony, well-being and stress relief.
Fun Fact: Tiffani's Reiki Teacher was her wedding officiant when getting married on the beach in Hawaii.
She loves hiking with her husband and daughters, and being outdoors. It is her passion to continue to learn and share natural healing remedies.
Tiffani is available Monday - Thursday.
